• Guaranteed fixed rent every month all the way from a 2 to a 5 year contract.

• Payments directly to the landlord.

• Property inspections as well as maintenance throughout the term of the contract.

• Property repairs including yearly gas safety and 5 yearly electrical inspections when required, will be carried out by Aldermont Properties at no cost to the landlord during the term of the lease.

• If there is any tenant damage, this will also be rectified at no cost or inconvenience to you.
