We work with landlords in the relevant areas to let their properties for those in the most desperate need of a roof over their head. In return landlords receive guaranteed rent each month with no void periods.

As a recent veteran of the British Army I have seen first hand the challenges that many veterans face upon returning to civilian life, including housing and instability. It is my firm belief that no veteran should ever have to face homelessness, and I am dedicated to doing my part to ensure they have a safe and supportive environment to transition into.
Additionally, I recognise the broader issue of homelessness and housing instability affecting many vulnerable individuals in our community. Therefor Aldermont Properties are offering as many properties as we can to provide emergency accommodation for those in need.
